How old are you?
I am 21.
How old is Molly?
Right now she is one but time passes quickly, she was born on the 10th of Februaury 2011 the single most important day of my life.
How old is Jamie?
I don't get asked this quite as much but I thought he'd feel left out, he's 23.
Wow you had Molly young, do you regret it? Think of everything you've missed!
I get comments like this a lot. Yes I suppose I was relatively young, but I do no regret a thing, we were in the right place emotionally and financially and we welcomed our surprise with a loving home and we provide for her everything she needs, and to me that's more important than my age.
Are you from Leicester?
No, I moved here from a small town in North Wales when I was 16.
Where did you and Jamie meet?
The Polar Bear, he was a student nurse, I was a sixth former.
Are you gonna write a birth story?
Yes, at some point, I just haven't got around to it yet.
Did you breastfeed?
Yes, 'til Molly was eight and a half months, I miss it terribly but she's thriving and independent which is more important than me stealing all the cuddles during feeds.
What does Molly eat?
Everything, but as part of a varied healthy diet. Her favourites are broccoli, cheese, chicken and marmite. And she goes crazy for banana and heinz baby biscuits. She doesn't like tuna.
Where do you shop?
Wellgosh, Topshop, Asos and American Apparel.
What do you study?
English Literature.
How do you juggle Molly and University?
She goes to a childminder two sometimes three times a week and I try and pack everything in during those quiet moments. I miss her terribly but she loves the other children and has bonded so well. I've found choosing a childminder much more personal and cheaper than a nursery.. my local one had the babies napping in dog baskets!!
