Mince Pies

I made mince pies for the Pals Chrismas Party last saturday. Here's the recipe but don't add milk if it's not sticking all that well.. it made mine too sticky which is why my mince pies ended up so big and oddly shaped!!

I also made cupcakes, but my mint green and pink holly and berries didn't ice so well.. the mint green looks white!
