Dogs & Children

Klaus doesn't have many doggy friends. He hates next door's new puppy, though I'm not suprised it yaps. I don't like yapping either K-man. Jamie, Molly and his yellow ball are the only friends he needs. Except for Rosie and Lucy the leonbergers, who also happen to be 20x bigger than him ;)

I'm currently catching up with my camera and clearing it ready for all our Christmassy posts- I love December!! These are some pictures I took on a family walk in the autumn. Molly is obsessed with the photo below of her nephew.

Lookbook: Batman and Dogger.

As we've been blanketed with another inch of snow today, I felt it appropriate to post mine and Klaus' snowy lookbook.. but weather, please no more 'Nough'!

I'm so in love with this jumper by A Question Of. Jamie got it for me for Christmas it was a complete surprise I hadn't even come across the brand. It's a strange sort of cropped length but I love it. Underneath, worn as a skirt is an old Topshop sundress. This was Klaus' first and only time in the snow during our last snowfall. We didn't take him on our family walk a few weeks ago as he's so little he can't hold his heat very well. But when I was taking these he ran out the back door to me and it was up to his nose! SO cute. I might take him for a little stroll in it later, Molly seems pretty keen and already has her wellies on this morning.

Happy Monday :)

On hangovers and dog walking,,

These are Klaus' 'my first walk' photos that we took some weeks ago. He has now been on a few walks but today I took him out with Molly all on my own. I know that's not really an achievement but considering toddler Molly's defiant mood swings of late and Klaus' fear of everything it was really quite brave of me to take them both out together ha! HE DID ANOTHER OUTSIDE POO!! Progress. I'm also feeling rather worse for wear- I went out for the first time since my birthday (in October) last night. While Hermione was dropping so low she needed assistance getting back up again I thought, yeeah I really need to do this more often. THEN Molly woke up at half six and I remembered why I don't. I have a million things to do today and I've accomplished none. But yes, I think I may need to arrange a night out at least once a month if not twice from now on. It's important to work hard and enjoy your home, but it's important to dance your feet off once in a while too. I cant believe I've only got four months left with my girls. So emotional <3
